Amazon is seeking an exceptionally driven Executive Assistant to support the Fulfillment Tech team. This role involves managing complex calendars, planning travel, and coordinating team activities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations and time zones
Plan and manage executive domestic and international travel
Manage timely expense report coordination and submission
Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
Track and ensure the completion of key deliverables, and follow up on incomplete/overdue items
Act as a liaison for direct reports
Work closely with the leadership team and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
Manage space including moves, seat assignments, space audits and reconfiguration
Help to develop and maintain new mechanisms within the team
Exercise high judgment and decision-making in an ambiguous environment
Demonstrate excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Required

2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
High school or equivalent diploma
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with executive level calendar management

Preferred

Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience managing multiple calendars
Bachelor's degree
Experience working with large global teams
