Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual, with candidates and hiring managers
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
Assist with job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications
Coordinate pre-employment background checks and drug screenings
Assist with onboarding activities for new hires
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the hiring process
Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team as needed

Required

Campus recruiting experience
Background working in professional services
Previous experience as a Talent Coordinator or similar role
Familiarity with HR systems such as Paychex, Taleo, Workday, ADP, iCIMS, or Lever
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred

Experience with lead generation or sourcing candidates is a plus
Knowledge of succession planning concepts is preferred
