Responsibilities
Serve as a legal resource for entity management, equity workflows, legal operations, and transactional support
Support operations as the company scales, closes financings, and grows globally
Qualification
Required
Progress towards a J.D. and exposure to both corporate law firms and in-house startup environments
Coursework or interest in private company governance, venture financings, equity administration, California and Delaware corporate laws
Technical skills with equity platforms (e.g., Carta), virtual data rooms, and contract management tools
Experience supporting semiconductor or hardware technology companies a plus
A proactive, collaborative, go-getting team player who values precision, confidentiality, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
Preferred
Paralegal certificate or equivalent practical experience
