Midland Care Connection is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping older adults and seriously ill individuals stay independent. The Meals On Wheels Dining Site Manager will oversee the congregate site operations, ensuring excellent service and meal delivery to clients.

Responsibilities

Assures excellent customer service is provided

Responsible for day-to-day congregate site operations. This includes setting up meal service area with plastic ware, drinks if applicable and donation box

Ensures that required supplies have been ordered timely and appropriately accounted for

Oversees the taking of reservations and calling in of orders

Ensures that all participants have an up-to-date Uniform Program Registration (UPR) form on file

Assures that all meal routes are delivered by volunteers/staff
