Provide formal onboarding
Participate in business knowledge training
Receive mentorship and guidance from industry leaders
Engage in networking opportunities
Gain exposure to Citadel’s Senior Leaders
Participate in opportunities for volunteerism
Qualification
Required
Preferred major in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Full-time hours, 40 hours per week from May and ending in mid to late August
Must have computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
