Responsibilities

Lead analyses and solution development for facility planning and management for facility planning solutions
Perform complex activities as related to the control and management of cost, schedule, risk, and resource optimization
Advise clients in developing plans and programs responsive to present and anticipated portfolio, or facility requirements

Required

Experience with Air Force installation and facilities planning or management as a senior Air Force Civil Engineer
Knowledge of Air Force installations, missions, organizations, and Real Property management
Ability to use software applications such as Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, or Access
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Preferred

Experience with data analysis platforms, including Tableau or Power BI
Experience with artificial intelligence tools and principles
Experience adapting new technology to complex problems
Master's degree in Architecture, Planning, Engineering, Geography, or a related field
PE, PMP, CFM, or related Certification
