Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to diagnose medical conditions and assess overall health
Create and manage personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
Oversee the management of chronic diseases and coordinate care with specialists as needed
Accurately document patient encounters and care plans using EHR systems such as Epic
Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive health strategies

Qualification
Required
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine
Active and unrestricted NY medical license
Broad clinical knowledge across multiple internal medicine subspecialties
