Responsibilities
Develop innovative and industry-leading products across desktop, mobile, conversational UI, and native platforms that serve Gusto’s SMB customers
Lead your team in defining and executing on a set of product strategies to make progress towards the Time product vision and business goals
Work alongside a skilled and diverse team of Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineers, Product Marketers, and Data Scientists to set the vision for Gusto’s Time products
Drive execution as a boundaryless builder — doing whatever it takes to achieve outcomes
Foster an environment that enables the team to execute quickly while maintaining a high standard for quality
Operate cross-functionally and build strong partnerships with product and business teams across the company in delivering excellent products and services
Influence key stakeholders throughout Gusto in order to align intent, resources, and prioritization
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product management experience
A collaborative approach: You have a track record of building consensus and delivering results with cross-functional partners
Results: You have a proven track record of shipping simple, elegant products at scale
Efficiency: You have excellent organization and prioritization skills
Analytical skills: You have a great ability to absorb and apply data to your decision making
Execution: You're scrappy, solution-oriented, and able to help the team push through obstacles and blockers to deliver value for our customers
Communication: You're regarded as an effective communicator, both written and verbal
Customer empathy: You have experience shaping product direction and execution based on customer needs
