They are seeking a Chief Administrative Officer & Senior Vice President to design and own the internal execution layer, ensuring alignment and integration across all functions while maintaining operational coherence as the company scales.

Responsibilities

Own the company’s internal execution layer end-to-end

Establish and maintain operating cadence, internal rhythm, and execution discipline across all functions

Translate strategic priorities into executable plans with clear ownership, sequencing, and accountability

Design and implement Klaritee’s internal organizational structure as it evolves

Coordinate hiring across executive and senior leadership roles, ensuring alignment, timing, and role clarity

Build the administrative and operational foundation that supports long-term scale, not short-term convenience

Ensure that internal systems, workflows, and processes remain aligned with Klaritee’s strategic and governance architecture

Prevent drift, duplication, or fragmentation as new teams, roles, and functions are added

Act as the connective tissue between strategy, compliance, governance, technology, and operations

Work in close coordination with the Chief Strategy Officer/EVP, Chief Compliance Officer/SVP, and Chief Governance Council Officer/SVP

Serve as the internal integrator who keeps executive lanes clear, synchronized, and non-overlapping

Surface execution risks early and resolve them structurally, not reactively
