Responsibilities

Maintains a minimum 95%+ average Client Satisfaction

Ability to move project forward and meeting original timeline expectations a minimum of 60% of the time

Effectively communicates relevant project information to team members and/or customers via written and verbal communication

Identify, assess, and manage risks and change control procedures

Ensure project quality, schedule, budgets, and deliverables meet agreed upon expectations

Identifies business development and “add-on” sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project or customer question and sells to customer as appropriate

Ability to manage small to medium sized product specific contracts

Confident understanding of contracts, SOWs, and terminology and can communicate meaning effectively

Must have strong experience with and can adopt various productivity, project, and collaboration tools e.g., Microsoft Office, Sales Force/Cloud Coach, and SharePoint

Experience working cross-functionally between teams to solve problems and implement solutions

Clearly understands processes and executes with high quality

Understanding of local government entities, organization, and practices

Confident understanding of contracts, SOWs, and terminology therein and can communicate the meaning of said documentation effectively to internal and external customers

1+ years' customer service experience required
