Responsibilities
Observe and collect field traffic data such as counts, signal timings etc
Analyze traffic data, summarize using charts and tables, and prepare briefings and reports
Perform engineering studies using software such as Synchro and VISSIM and other analysis tools
Assemble data and conduct analysis using GIS
Support mid-level and senior staff members as needed
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be currently enrolled in at least their sophomore year working towards a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field
At least a 3.0 GPA is required
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future
