Responsibilities
Grow the Forensic Technology and e-Discovery practice, delivering innovative solutions in e-discovery, litigation, digital investigations and legal matters; drive business development, client engagement and team leadership in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
Develop new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships with law firms, insurance carriers, corporate legal teams and C-level executives
Oversee complex forensic, e-discovery, document review and cyber breach review investigations, ensuring high-quality, defensible results
Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
Qualification
Required
Minimum 15 years of recent experience in forensic technology, e-discovery, litigation support, investigations, legal and digital forensics
Bachelors degree required
Proven track record in business development and client management
Strong leadership, project management and interpersonal skills
Preferred
advanced degree (MBA, MIS, JD)
