Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support as they build and scale AI applications on our GPU cloud infrastructure
This is an opportunity to shape the support experience for cutting-edge AI workloads while building and mentoring a high-performing team

Qualification

Technical support managementCloud infrastructure experienceAIGPU computingDistributed systems troubleshootingSupport processesMetricsTicketing systems knowledgeMonitoring tools familiarityCommunication skillsCustomer-first mindsetFast-paced environment adaptability

Required

5+ years in technical support/support engineering, Cloud Ops, DevOps or SRE based roles
2+ years managing technical support teams
Experience with GPU, AI, HPC, Cloud or highly technical SaaS
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing support organizations
Strong technical background in distributed systems troubleshooting
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Experience defining support processes, metrics, and SLAs
Customer-first mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Familiarity with GPU computing and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX)
Background in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
Knowledge of ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and incident management
Previous experience in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment
