This role is critical in overseeing all revenue cycle functions, ensuring billing and collections are executed accurately and in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire revenue cycle process, from patient registration to final payment collection

Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve billing discrepancies and improve overall financial performance

Analyze revenue cycle metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement

Manage claims submissions, follow up on unpaid claims, and work with insurance companies to resolve issues

Provide training and support to staff on revenue cycle best practices and compliance requirements

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and changes impacting revenue cycle operations

Required

Proven experience in management roles within a revenue cycle environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
