Responsibilities

Create and process purchase and maintenance requests, including all related documentation for materials, services, and inventory

Research and obtain competitive pricing and cost-effective solutions for equipment, logistics, and services

Maintain, coordinate, and track equipment repairs until completion, ensuring accurate documentation

Maintain fixed asset inventory and related records, including certification and maintenance logs

Manage inventories and establish/maintain property management databases

Maintain an inventory of approximately 1,000-line items of supplies and equipment

Coordinate and conduct equipment transfers and loans with other government agencies

Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures for technical security equipment

Required

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Must have an active Top Secret/DOE Q clearance with SCI eligibility

Proficiency in commercial inventory and service software programs, including Microsoft Office

Maintaining and controlling a system of records related to procurement, maintenance, transportation, and inventory for all non-COMSEC equipment and contracting activities

Researching cost-effective solutions for requested items or services from vendors

Assisting in evaluating the quality of items for procurement

Coordinating and tracking equipment repair until resolved

Ensuring all necessary documentation and activities for equipment procurement, maintenance, certification, and destruction are completed

Maintaining both classified and unclassified equipment inventories with 100% accuracy, at least annually or as requested

Coordinating equipment transfers and loans with other government agencies as required
