Responsibilities

Provide high-level legal counsel on tax law, estate planning, and trust administration
Draft and review legal documents related to estates, trusts, and tax matters
Advise high net worth clients on tax-efficient wealth management strategies
Represent clients in tax disputes and negotiations with federal and state authorities
Conduct in-depth legal research and deliver clear, actionable guidance
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, financial advisors, and other stakeholders
Mentor junior attorneys and staff in tax and estate planning best practices

Required

Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
