Sr. Financial Data Analyst
Nivel Parts and Manufacturing is seeking a Senior Financial Data Analyst to manage a wide range of financial responsibilities including budgeting and strategic initiatives. The role involves partnering with senior management to provide operational support and develop financial reports that track expenditures and monitor business performance.

Responsibilities
Partner with finance team in Reporting, Forecast and Budgeting cycles
Analyze actual manufacturing cost against standard, explaining variance
Prepare and lead monthly ad-hoc reviews with business partners by providing insights and clear understanding of variances
Manage weekly and monthly manufacturing labor and Overhead costs including reporting and analysis of COGS
Build procurements savings trackers to validate saving initiatives
Prepare weekly and monthly relevant KPI’s and Metrics on labor productivity
Calculate and update Manufacturing labor and Overhead rates monthly, including ERP Execution
Work with Accounting team to evaluate and enhance coding procedures
Taking ownership for personal development
Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, or Accounting
A minimum of 4 years Finance or Accounting experience, includes relevant experience in analytics
Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret complex financial data into useful insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with partners at high level
Advanced MS skills
Strong knowledge of SQL is required
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Results driven and detailed oriented
Preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft AX ERP
Knowledge of Manufacturing and Distribution
