Responsibilities

Proactively identify, pitch, and secure net-new brand partnership opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and close
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals by securing new business and identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts
Collaborate with internal strategy, creative, and production teams to design customized, innovative partnership proposals (e.g., branded content, experiential marketing, product integrations) that directly address client objectives
Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and client communication using CRM software, and provide accurate weekly sales forecasts
Serve as a trusted advisor to brand marketers and agency partners, deeply understanding their business challenges, marketing goals, and target audiences
Nurture and grow relationships with existing partners to identify upsell and renewal opportunities, ensuring long-term mutual success and partner retention
Act as the primary client point-of-contact, coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure flawless delivery and high partner satisfaction
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and platform shifts in content, media, and marketing to inform pitch strategy and maintain a thought leadership position
Professionally represent the company at industry events, conferences, and key client meetings

Required

5+ years of successful sales experience in media, digital advertising, and branded content
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding annual revenue targets
Strong negotiation skills with experience in drafting and closing complex, integrated partnership agreements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver high-impact presentations
Familiarity and proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Boostr, Salesforce) and pipeline management best practices
Deep passion for culture, community, and purpose-driven brand work
Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion both internally and externally
