Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development of features and enhancements across onboarding, identity, and trust-related web experiences
Build and scale React applications held to high standards for performance, maintainability, and accessibility
Partner with Product and Design to turn requirements and user insights into simple, effective seller experiences
Contribute to architectural discussions and help evolve Trust Web's frontend systems and shared components
Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to improve tooling, developer workflows, and system reliability
Provide technical mentorship within the team, supporting growth of peers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing
Stay current with emerging technologies—including AI-enabled development tools—and apply them where they enhance team velocity or product quality
Qualification
Required
8+ years of industry experience
BS Degree in Computer Science
Strong experience building modern frontend applications, particularly with React and related technologies
Experience owning features or subsystems within a broader product area and a proven record of successful launches
Great communication skills and an ability to work cross-functionally with partners in Design and Product
A sense of customer empathy and desire to influence product direction
Understanding and curiosity in creating well thought out, reliable, and performant frontend systems
