Responsibilities
Act as the lead subject-matter expert for mergers & acquisitions and other integrations, serving as the primary representative of the billing team
Evaluate and refine billing processes to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency
Address and resolve complex, large-scale billing issues by delivering expert solutions
Partner with finance, IT, and other departments to drive improvements in billing system functionality
Provide strategic recommendations to optimize billing operations and minimize errors
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
Expert understanding of billing processes and best practices
Highly proficient in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Able to travel
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in billing, finance, or a related area, focusing on complex billing operations
Expert understanding of billing processes, end-to-end accounting flows and industry best practices
Highly proficient in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Robust verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and a high level of self-awareness
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong presentation skills
Able to travel
