Responsibilities

Safely and responsibly drive to customer homes to perform routine and seasonal maintenance with pride and attention to detail
Educate customers professionally and kindly on proper equipment care, chemical use, and maintenance best practices
Recommend upgraded service plans, replacement parts, filters, and other accessories to enhance the customer experience
Perform water testing, analysis, and necessary chemical adjustments
Deliver and install covers and accessories, including cleaning covers and equipment exteriors
Maintain assigned service van in an organized, clean, and fully stocked state
Maintain a safe driving record, understanding personal driving behavior can impact employment
Collaborate as a team player with flexibility to meet customer needs and support fellow team members
Occasionally assist the delivery team with installations as needed
Keep the service room organized, clean, and fully stocked at the assigned location

Qualification

Required

Highly motivated and detail-oriented
