Responsibilities

Developing and implementing IS training programs
Continuous monitoring initiatives
Proactive IT infrastructure improvements
Provides direct support for PM PNT IT hardware
Software, and audiovisual equipment
Troubleshooting issues
Recommending solutions
Maintaining secure network access across multiple platforms (NIPR, SIPR, JWICS)
Maintains current certifications (DoD 8570.01M compliant)
Actively participates in IT knowledge communities to deliver informed recommendations to PM PNT leadership
Assist Government personnel in obtaining and maintaining classified network access

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline, with seven (7) years of related experience
