The Well is a growing independent wealth management firm looking for a Lead Advisor to support ongoing expansion. This role involves leading comprehensive financial planning, managing client relationships, and converting inbound leads into long-term clients.

Lead comprehensive financial planning and retirement-income conversations
Manage and deepen client relationships
Convert warm inbound leads into long-term clients
Collaborate with CIO, Associate Advisors, and client service
Implement firm processes, workflows, planning tools, and CRM protocols
Contribute to organizational growth, efficiency, and culture
Qualification
Required
Experience as Lead Advisor, Wealth Advisor, or Senior Associate Advisor
Strong planning expertise: retirement planning, income strategy, risk management
High emotional intelligence and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a team-first approach
Ability to bring trusted client relationships over time
Series 65/66 required
Life/Health required
