Responsibilities
You will conduct studies of supply operations to determine proper use of current or improved supply methods
You will recommend enhancements to internal and external IT programs
You will advise, guide, and engage with other supply system analysts and personnel who develop, support and maintain IT systems, databases, and processes
You will analyze current and projected materiel requirements to support flight and maintenance operations
Qualification

This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive (5+ years) experience for major business areas including order fulfillment, procurement, allowancing and outfitting ensuring the supply chain for AVDLRs is efficient and effectively supporting aircraft within the scope of the MOC by monitoring logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes
(2) Represents WSS Department/Directorate/Command on interagency committees where recommendations are made for improvement of the supply support utilizing both supply analytical and logistics knowledge
(3) Serves as a SME for interpreting and implementing guidance in agency standards, guidelines or policy which impact weapon system management in short term and long range while reviewing logistics systems/data and identifying high cost/high demand items/systems
(4) Leverages enhanced analytical toolsets and methodology to accelerate opportunities and develop solution sets and projected materiel requirements to support flight and maintenance operations
(5) Monitors a variety of daily MOC TMS-specific Microsoft Teams calls and provides latest status on AVDLR high priority documents
(6) Liaises with Item Managers and Integrated Weapons System Team (IWST) leadership to expedite or update status where required
Serves as AVDLR SME and tracks the daily Mission Capable (MC), Full Mission Capable (FMC), Non Mission Capable Supply (NMCS) and Partial Mission Capable Supply (PMCS) documents for each TMS within the scope of the MOC
