Responsibilities
Host & lead Fit City Adventures’ team-building events, activities, and game formats
Manage event flow —keeping the energy high, schedule tight, and guests fully engaged
Oversee day-of staff to ensure smooth setup, breakouts, rotations, and activation support
Coordinate with our corporate planning team during prep calls before each event
Arrive 1.5–2 hours early for on-site setup, sound checks, game prep, staging, and run-through
Problem-solve on the fly and maintain the fun, upbeat Fit City vibe—even when curveballs come your way
Represent our brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
Qualification
Required
A dynamic, engaging communicator with stage presence and confidence
Experienced in live events, team-building, entertainment, hospitality, sports, improv, or coaching
Organized and reliable—able to follow run-of-show documents and execute with precision
Comfortable managing small teams and giving clear direction
A natural hype-person who can get groups excited, laughing, and participating
Thrives in a collaborative environment
Willing to travel throughout SoCal, AZ, and Las Vegas
