Responsibilities

Delivers Real Property Accountability and Sustainability for the Air Force
Provides input on the development of Real Property Accountability & Sustainment Program Policy and Development
Performs real property inventory maintenance, reporting, and data analysis
Serves as an Air Force Real Property Accountability Representative

Required

U.S. Citizenship is required
Males must be registered for Selective Service
Specialized experience includes a deep understanding of real estate law, regulations, program management, and communication skills
At least 1 year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at the next lower broadband NH-02, equivalent to the next lower grade GS-11 or equivalent in other pay systems
Comprehensive knowledge of real property accountability and sustainment principles, the application of resources, and Air Force and DoD theories, policies, directives, and procedures in property acquisition, management, and/or disposal
Comprehensive knowledge in the application of real estate principles, policies, and methodologies in property acquisition, management, accountability and disposal
Comprehensive knowledge of the Air Force and OSD Real Property information systems, DoD Real Property Inventory Requirement (RPIR), and the real property business practices used for the documentation of real property transactions for accountability
Technical knowledge of Air Force and DoD information management systems, databases, and coding sufficient to manage real property accountability
Skill in gathering, evaluating, and interpreting data to arrive at valid conclusions and offer meaningful recommendations
Ability to recognize and analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, and make appropriate recommendations
Ability to evaluate current real property practices throughout the DoD and other federal agencies
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, using tact and diplomacy with diverse groups of professionals
Education must be accredited by an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
If qualifying on education, you must submit copies of your transcripts
