Manage product registration for repairs and maintenance
Obtain updates from service facilities and factories and assisting sales associates with client communications
Ensure that After Sales Service statistical information and inventory results are correct
Consult with Management or members of the Sales Team on related After Sales issues
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience in a Sales Administration or Customer Service role
Valid work authorization for employment in the USA
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Experience in luxury watches or jewelry industry
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP
