Responsibilities

Source, recruit, and manage top-tier creators for ad campaigns

Develop clear, concise talent briefs including deliverables, guidelines, and scripts

Manage creator relationships from first contact to final edit

Create content yourself: filming, editing, and experimenting with short-form concepts

Write performance-driven scripts, hooks, and messaging for direct-response ads

Analyze performance data in collaboration with Media Managers to guide creative iterations

Lead the UGC production process end-to-end, continuously improving speed, quality, and output

Support accounting and billing processes related to creator partnerships
