Overseeing all day-to-day electrical construction operations
Supervising in-house electrical tradesmen and subcontractors
Enforcing vigorous safety and quality control measures
Maintaining the project schedule
Planning the procurement and delivery of equipment and materials
Providing leadership and mentoring

Required

Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant experience
Working knowledge of electrical construction practices
Proven experience in successfully leading construction crews
Proficiency with MS Office and other common software applications
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Successful planning, scheduling, and look-ahead experience

Preferred

Hands-on experience in commercial/industrial electrical construction trades
Past experience as a Project Superintendent
MS Project or Primavera scheduling experience
