Responsibilities

Build sophisticated cost and pricing models for federal proposals (RFPs, RFQs, task orders, recompetes)

Develop compliant, compelling Cost/Price volume narratives

Create and validate Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation and Level of Effort (LOE) analyses

Design and execute pricing strategies that enhance our competitive advantage and business growth

Interpret solicitation requirements and ensure alignment with FAR, DFAR, and other federal compliance frameworks

Partner closely with capture managers, program teams, and finance to craft effective, data-driven bid approaches

Lead price-to-win analyses, scenario modeling, and margin optimization efforts

Develop complete, audit-ready pricing documentation for internal and external review

Mentor pricing analysts, refine internal tools, and promote best practices in pricing strategy and compliance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field

7+ years of pricing experience, including a minimum of 3 years supporting U.S. Government contracts

Expertise in competitive proposal pricing, cost analysis, and compliance

Strong grasp of FAR/DFAR, TINA, and CAS requirements

Advanced Excel and cost-modeling skills, with an analytical mindset and high attention to detail

Proven success navigating complex proposals and influencing pricing outcomes

Clear, confident communicator — skilled at translating financial insight into actionable strategies
