Responsibilities

Assisting with Legal’s Preferred Firm Program, Fiscal Budget Planning, technology projects and implementations, and reporting on key metrics and executive presentations
Providing e-billing litigation support for matters and reporting
Preparing and coordinating Legal’s Preferred Firm Program business reviews
Developing, managing, and reporting on key metrics for the legal operations budget, spend, and preferred firm activities
Working directly with the legal operations team, reporting to the Senior Director
Supporting the global legal team and internal business groups to improve efficiency, identify cost-saving opportunities, and assess technology
Facilitating contracting with outside counsel and vendors (subscriptions), as needed
Advising and collaborating with Oracle business leaders and external specialists on complex, industry-leading legal operations issues, technology, efficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities

Required

3 to 5+ years of experience in legal operations or a related field
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience with e-billing and litigation support
Experience with fiscal budget planning
