Responsibilities

Support project managers in overseeing project deliverables and timelines
Assist in managing client communications and expectations under supervision
Help ensure project activities align with company policies and contract specifications
Support the maintenance of customer and supplier/partner/subcontractor relationships
Assist in developing schedules and milestones, and track progress against established timelines
Help coordinate resources across projects and collaborate with internal departments
Support contract administration and assist with minor revisions and changes
Participate in quality control program implementation
Prepare routine progress reports and project documentation
Assist in identifying and tracking project risks

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Willingness to pursue professional development in project management
3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management support roles
Fluency in English
Strong communication skills with ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new approaches
Collaborative team player who works well in a supportive environment

Preferred

PMP or CAPM certification a plus, but not required
Some exposure to construction, renewable energy, electrical engineering, or related industries preferred
Experience or demonstrated interest in energy storage or renewable energy sector is a plus
Any exposure to energy storage projects in the Americas is beneficial but not required
