Qualification
Required
Comfort working on roofs in all weather conditions — heat, cold, wind, and everything in between
Strong willingness to learn and grow within the solar field
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical, hands-on work
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
Preferred
Previous construction, electrical, or roofing experience
