Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, integration, and regression testing
Lead the testing efforts and coordinate with team members for effective test coverage
Perform manual and automated testing of applications and APIs, ensuring compliance with business requirements
Analyze test results, report defects, and track issues to resolution using defect tracking tools
Collaborate with developers to understand application architecture and identify testing needs
Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on potential testability and quality concerns
Mentor junior testers and foster a culture of quality throughout the organization
Continuously improve testing methodologies and practices based on industry trends

Required

Proven experience as a SQA Test Engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing
Experience with defect tracking tools
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to mentor junior testers
