They are seeking an Institute Maintenance Tech who will ensure locations are clean and ready for guests and students, performing various maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities
Light plumbing and electrical work
Painting and drywall tasks
Help maintain the cleanliness of the locations, ensuring it's always guest-ready, with assistance from a 3rd party cleaning service
Prep the building for morning opening, setting the stage for a day of learning and guest services
Keep accurate maintenance logs and tracking, ensuring we're always on top of service requests and preventative maintenance
Purchase necessary materials and keep track of inventory, ensuring we're always well-stocked
Inspect the buildings and grounds daily, ensuring everything is in order
Assist in the setup and take down of events and promotions, ensuring smooth operations
Qualification
Required
You have prior maintenance experience and a knack for fixing things
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You pay attention to detail and have good math skills
You are proactive, punctual, self-motivated, and can multitask
You have basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Excel
You have and maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
You are willing to work a typical Monday-Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm schedule
You maintain a polished, professional image
