Support Services Project Manager/Specialist
QUANTALEAP is seeking a Support Services Project Manager/Specialist to provide liaison support and manage project resources. The role involves developing stakeholder relationships, tracking project progress, managing risks, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities
Provide OTS liaison support for needs from agency, vendor, and OTS verticals
Manage project resources, including other internal groups or third parties
Develop and manage Agency and stakeholder relationships
Focus on project’s productivity
Manage and track OTS decisions, participation, and tasks with the goal of providing timely completion
Keep track of project invoices and is able to provide budget projections
Assist in identification and resolution of project risks and issues
Provide assistance with monitoring and updating the project schedule/roadmap, due dates, release plan, and expectations
Communicate project timelines and updates, providing weekly updates in Product Delivery’s portfolio system
Participate in the development of and/or review of project management plans, process documents, deliverables and transition plans
Assist with updating JIRA items
Assist with UAT planning and bug tracking/reporting
Help develop transition plans from: development team to production support team and from product development to product go-live
Assist with the removal of impediments
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 10 years project management experience
Experience in modernized service delivery
Preferred
Project Management Professional Certification
Experience using Jira
