Responsibilities
Oversee grant administration, including compliance monitoring and financial reporting requirements
Support proposal development with financial budgets, cost analyses, and supporting documentation
Track budgets, expenses, and funding to ensure proper allocation and timely reporting
Perform month-end reconciliations and prepare supporting schedules
Assist with financial statement preparation and other reporting needs
Partner with program managers and leadership to provide financial insights on grant activity
Support annual audit requirements as they relate to grant funding
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
Strong understanding of grant administration and compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred
4+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in grant or fund accounting preferred
Experience with NetSuite a plus
