Responsibilities
Source high-impact technical talent across targeted channels with speed and precision
Build structured outreach sequences and experiment with new sourcing channels
Identify high-signal profiles fast, using data and clear criteria
Partner with hiring managers to define role needs, scorecards, and sourcing targets
Keep pipelines accurate in Ashby and share clear updates with hiring partners
Support employer brand efforts through stronger tools, better copy, and improved candidate engagement
Screen inbound applications with tight prioritization and fast turnaround
Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and support onsite logistics
Create a smooth candidate experience from first touch through close
Support recruiting operations work, process improvements, and documentation
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or another fast-paced, people-focused role
Strong sourcing ability and interest in technical hiring
Experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, or similar systems
Sharp communication skills
High ownership mindset and comfort with ambiguity
Ability to move fast, manage a high volume of tasks, and stay organized
Curiosity about new tools, AI workflows, and creative sourcing strategies
