Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and delivering monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for executive leadership
Assist in preparing monthly forecast updates and annual budget submissions across the enterprise
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to consolidate data from multiple business units
Maintain slide animations, update content, manage pagination/indexing, and roll forward materials
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data accuracy
Assist in the preparation of weekly reports for senior management
Aid in the review and analysis of financials during the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting and long-range planning processes
Provide analysis and support on an ad hoc basis
Qualification
Required
BS/BA in Business, Technology, or related discipline
0-1 years of experience in corporate environment
High attention to detail and organization with strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Quick learner with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and similar software packages
