The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment cycle, attract top talent, and partner closely with hiring managers to build talent pipelines and strengthen recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements and ideal candidate profiles

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build strong and diverse talent pipelines

Manage high-volume recruiting efforts across multiple departments and roles, ensuring timely and efficient hiring

Create and refine job descriptions and interview questions aligned with business needs

Source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks and educational institutions

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process

Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, professional experience for candidates and interview teams

Organize and attend local job fairs and recruitment events as needed

Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate communications within the ATS

Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes

Required

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role

Proven experience managing high-volume, full cycle recruiting across multiple roles and stakeholders

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools

Preferred

Bachelor's degree and experience in a highly regulated industry is preferred
