Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UI/UX for the profAI web and mobile apps across both employee and executive experiences
Conduct user research and usability testing; synthesize insights into clear design strategy and priorities
Translate jobs-to-be-done into journeys, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for Web and Mobile
Design AI-first interactions, including but not limited to chat interfaces, assistants, recommendations, and smart notifications
Develop new user experiences for Heads of AI to get intelligence and insights from our platform (AI-powered insights rather than traditional dashboards)
Create engaging, habit-forming experiences with thoughtful gamification, progress tracking, and behavioral nudges
Raise the visual bar with clean, modern UI, strong typography, and clear information hierarchy across Web and Mobile
Use AI-native design and prototyping tools (e.g., v0, Figma AI) to explore and validate concepts quickly
Build and maintain a scalable design system that supports fast iteration across employee, buyer, and integration surfaces
Partner closely with PM and engineering to scope, ship, and iterate on features that drive measurable engagement
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years designing consumer-grade enterprise SaaS applications
Proven track record of designing user applications that drive high user engagement (MAU, retention, completion rates)
Expert proficiency with AI-powered design tools (Figma with AI plugins, V0, Galileo AI, or similar) and willingness to prototype rapidly using these tools
Strong understanding of behavioral design, gamification principles, and habit-forming product patterns
Experience designing data visualization and analytics interfaces that go beyond traditional dashboards
Portfolio demonstrating both B2C engagement-focused designs AND B2B data/analytics interfaces
Experience working in fast-paced startup environments with small but high-powered product and engineering teams
AI-first mindset: We are hiring AI-first candidates that have or will reinvent their role and tasks with AI for greater efficiency and quality
Available for occasional travel to team offsites (bi-annually)
Preferred
Background in designing AI/ML-powered products or conversational interfaces
Understanding of enterprise HR/Learning Management Systems
Experience designing for large organizations (1000+ user deployments)
