InternJustice Resource Institute is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children and their families. They are seeking a Clinical Intern for their In-Home Behavioral Services program, where the intern will work closely with clients to develop and implement behavior plans aimed at improving the child's functioning.

Responsibilities
Support our clients to achieve their goals
Assist youth in identifying and reducing challenging behaviors
Create and implement individualized behavior plans
Provide trauma-informed care to youth who present with difficult and challenging behaviors
Utilize home/community based behavioral interventions
Empower caregivers to manage youth’s challenging behaviors
Collaborate with Behavioral Monitors to coach and model interventions
Gain numerous skills and competencies in Behavioral Services
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be working towards a Master's in Social work degree
Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Comfort with technology and learning various electronic systems
Must have daily access to reliable, insured vehicle and active Driver's License
Background and driving record checks will be performed
Preferred
2nd year students preferred
