Aritzia is a growing company with an expanding HRIM team. The Senior Manager, HRIM, Process Optimization will lead efforts to improve people support processes and enhance service delivery through cross-functional collaboration and project management.

Responsibilities

Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
Support in identifying and prioritizing the highest value investments to effectively support business needs
Manage end-to-end projects from large scale automations to system improvements, coordinating resources, timelines, and outcomes
Define business requirements in partnership with the People Technology team to ensure solutions meet operational and user needs
Design and implement workflows that streamline processes and enhance service delivery
Test and validate people information and people support efforts to meet or enhance quality standards

Required

Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in Human Resources / HR Operations
Strong knowledge of HR systems / platforms
Certifications in Project Management and Process Improvement (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma)
Relevant Operational Excellence certifications
A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
