Responsibilities
Provide high-quality primary care for patients of all ages
Evaluating and treating patients, managing acute and chronic conditions, developing care plans, preventive health maintenance, EMR documentation, reviewing diagnostic results, and coordinating specialty referrals
Supervise mid-level providers, meet productivity goals (16-24 patients per day), participate in team huddles and meetings, and maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Valid California medical license
DEA certification
CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience in FQHC or underserved populations
Bilingual Spanish skills appreciated
