Responsibilities
Lead the design, prototyping, and development of software that addresses complex business or product challenges
Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, setting best practices and ensuring high standards for design and execution
Collaborate with product management, architecture, and research teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Drive long-term technical strategy, innovation pipelines, and R&D roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives
Mentor and develop junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
Oversee small project teams or workstreams as needed, ensuring on-time delivery and integration of advanced solutions
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in advanced research, product development, or system architecture roles
Demonstrated success in leading high-impact projects or initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing technical direction at an organizational level
Prior exposure to large-scale systems, cloud-native platforms, and enterprise-grade software development
