Compensation Analyst
Inspire is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 33,000 iconic restaurant brands. The Compensation Analyst will deliver analytical and strategic support for the company’s diverse compensation programs, participate in the design and execution of compensation strategies, and manage employee compensation data.

Responsibilities
Compile and disseminate regular and ad hoc reports and analyses for the compensation team
Develop metrics and frameworks to enhance the efficacy of compensation programs
Track and report on various pay programs, including bonus and merit; ensure payments are accurate and timely
Maintain accurate employee compensation data in the appropriate systems; perform routine audits on employee compensation data
Maintain accurate system setup for incentive and merit programs; assist in testing enhancements
Work cross-functionally within compensation team to support job analysis and external survey participation
Consult with HRBPs on compensation structure, policies and procedures
Maintain an awareness of external trends and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
2 - 4 years of experience in a Human Resources (preferably at least 2 years in compensation role)
Strong analytical skills
Detail oriented – accuracy is of the upmost importance
Technical knowledge of the various components of compensation
Strong database and spreadsheet skills and familiarity with HR systems
Company experience with multi-state or international business
Exposure to the design and operation of merit and incentive programs
Preferred
Workday experience is preferred
