Project Manager/Architect
Assembledge+ is a design firm seeking a dynamic Project Manager/Architect to join their collaborative team. The role involves leading project management efforts, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing all phases of project delivery from design to construction administration.

Responsibilities
Provide leadership and project management expertise with responsibility for client satisfaction, service quality and financial performance
Assure the project design is fully developed and complete for the entire project, design decisions are consistent throughout and translated into coherent well-organized documents using company standard methods to the greatest degree possible
Produce drawings and models while supervising and managing all other production from the design team
Balance a fast-paced work environment and execute obstacles and tight deadlines with a positive attitude. The candidate should be highly reliable, outgoing, a strong communicator, and able to prioritize and multi-task as required
Oversee design schedule to ensure design decisions and documentation are complete at critical milestones
Communicate work details in every step of construction, including detailed documentation phases and extensive materials knowledge
Work closely with Client and consultants to preserve design intent through DD, CD, CA
Visit construction sites to gather information, answer contractor questions and prepare punch list as required
Lead/coordinate communication efforts with client, consultants and within project team
Monitor and manage project budgets and schedules
Manage/mentor team of junior and intermediate designers and project architect on a rotating basis
Ensure fulfillment of all contractual requirements for professional services
Develop and maintain work plans
Qualification
Required
8-10 years of professional work or equivalent experience in all design phases
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
A flexible and proactive approach to work as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively
Capacity to produce well-coordinated construction documents
Technical knowledge of detailing and ability to develop new details
Proficiency in our core design and production software, including SketchUp, REVIT, AutoCad, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in coordinating consultant work
Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
US Citizenship or permanent resident status
Preferred
Additional knowledge of Rhino and various rendering engines is desirable
