The Payroll Associate will be responsible for coordinating high volume Payroll related requests from field partners and providing outstanding service while working closely with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for field partners seeking payroll assistance by email or phone
Responds accurately and timely in adherence to the 1/24 rule to field partner email inquiries, resolves requests and defers to appropriate Payroll Specialist when necessary
Communicate policies and procedures to field partners regarding Payroll related functions
Compile, distribute and complete Payroll related queries, reports, and audits
Coordinate the timely resolution of payroll discrepancy items
Maintain multiple tracking logs in Excel
Daily sorting/scanning of mail and documents to Payroll Specialists
Send emails and make outbound calls to 3rd parties for payroll related research (Bank of America, check cashing facilities)
Direct contractor calls to aligned Collocation Center partners
Various administrative duties related to Payroll

Exceptional active listening abilities
Computer skills: PeopleSoft, Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple communication channels at a given time
