Regional Sales Manager/Technical Sales Engineer (US Midwest)
SensoTech GmbH is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest region to strengthen their customer base and develop new accounts primarily in the chemical and steel industries. The role involves managing sales activities, building relationships with clients, and expanding the customer network.
Responsibilities
All sales activities to grow a defined territory and vertical markets
Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients
Aggressively expanding our customer base and new accounts
Presenting our technologies within a competitive environment
Identifying and developing new application opportunities
Reporting business activities and sales forecasts to our GM
Attending trade shows, conferences, and sales meetings
Establish and manage Reps
Qualification
Required
A minimum 3-years of outside sales experience
The candidate must be passionate about achieving tangible sales results
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
Strong understanding of pricing strategies and technical concepts
Must be able to work independently
Proven business development track record
BS in a technical area or engineering
Experience with process instrumentation, preferably analytical products and/or systems are strongly desired
Experienced with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to travel up to 50%, must have a valid driver's license
Preferred
Knowledge of in-line concentration and density measurement is a bonus
Located close to a major airport is an advantage
TWIC card is a plus
