Responsibilities

Lead and enhance engagement programs such as the Wellness Program, Employee Ambassador Program, Employer Brand initiatives, and internal events

Collaborate with internal communications teams to create and disseminate effective messaging related to employee engagement initiatives

Manage and oversee people programs that promote employee wellbeing, recognition, and professional development

Analyze employee feedback and engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement

Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative programs that enhance employee experience and retention
